**Your exciting new educator role**:
FULL TIME NURSERY LEVEL LEAD EDUCATOR

In 2025, You will take on the role of our Nursery Level Leader. Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.

We look forward to supporting you in creating and delivering an exceptional program for the children that is built around your relationships with children and families. We have all the tools to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic OAC grow curriculum developed by experts in the ECE sector.

You will receive sector leading mentoring from our inhouse team as well as resources from the OAC Education and Pedagogy leaders whilst sharing your strengths with your team.
