Join our fun and fast-paced team at **The Mexican Kitchen Templestowe**
We’re looking for an energetic **Kitchen Hand with some cooking experience** to support our chefs and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

**About the Role**
- Assist with **food preparation and basic cooking** (grilling, assembling dishes, prepping ingredients)
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** across the kitchen
- Wash dishes and help with daily setup and pack down
- Support the team during busy service times

**About You**
- Some **kitchen or cooking experience** preferred (Mexican or similar cuisine a bonus)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great team player
- Able to work **nights and weekends**:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
