**JJ Care Services** are a leading boutique provider of essential homecare and disability support services as well as supported living and short term accommodation and residential respite services within our large centre based in Gymea Bay.
Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking more fabulous people to join our team and our mission.
**About the Role**
Our rostering and recruitment coordinator will look after all things staff. You will be responsible for overlooking all support worker rosters, leave, availability and compliance, and ensuring that our clients have the very best people to support them every day.
What your day will look like:
- Allocating all work and shifts to our support workers within the terms of their contract, award classification and applicable individual flexibility agreement
- Managing roster and shift changes
- Ensuring up to date information is communicated with our workers and clients
- Communicating with referring organisations in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring all workers are up to date on compliance documents and updating as required
- Arranging training for workers as required
- Communicating required changes with workers and clients
- Managing leave requests and entering into our system (Shiftcare)

**About You**
Our rostering coordinator works solely to oversee the entire rostering and recruitment and workforce planning process, and therefor we are looking for the very brightest star to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid National Criminal History Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated knowledge of Shiftcare
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office suite
- Developed and professional phone communication skills and manner
- Demonstrated, developed experience in rostering in the homecare or community services setting
- Developed knowledge of the SCHADS and Homecare Award
- Availability for full time employment in an office based setting in Gymea Bay
- Willingness and Ability to jump in and help out on the floor when we need
- Ability to work and have fun in an extremely fast paced environment
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
