Based in Lockwood, your new company is a family owned and operated business that supplies poultry to large food and retail service clients across Melbourne and Country Victoria with a great commitment to quality products. The business initially started up as a small scale chicken farm in 1938 and has successfully grown into one of the biggest suppliers of poultry across Victoria. **Your new role**
Operating within the maintenance team, your new role will see you working with state-of-the-art machinery within a food manufacturer with a culture-first environment. Your main duties will include preventative and reactive maintenance as well as assisting with planned shutdowns. You will have a proactive approach to maintenance as you work with the maintenance team to locate and identify potential faults to be rectified.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualified Maintenance Fitter or Fitter & Turner
- Previous Food manufacturing experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability work independently and as part of a team
- Disconnect/Reconnect ticket, Confined Spaces Ticket (highly desired)
- EWP, Forklift License (highly desired)
