What does the job look like?
- Join our Retail team as a PM Transport Allocator based in Redbank, QLD, on a permanent full-time basis. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage allocations, route planning, and dispatching metro deliveries for one of Australia’s largest supermarket chains. Working
- Monday to Friday

from
- 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them.
- Always Commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements, including daily compliance tasks such as yard inspections, speed and fatigue audits, and load restraint checks.

Are you the one?
- Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded, but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - experience with TMS is highly regarded
- Strong geographical knowledge of Brisbane metro
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, remaining organised and efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
