Medical Receptionist

High Street Medical Clinic is a busy, mixed billing practice with an outstanding team of ten doctors, supported by a team of professional and caring nurses, receptionists & allied health professionals in a large modern facility.

Located in the Inner SE suburb of Prahran, close to public transport, cafés, and other amenities.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer focused medical receptionist to join our existing reception team.

Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, this role will require you to perform general reception duties, including but not limited to:

- Appointment management using Best Practice PMS
- Patient interaction, billing, and receipting
- Incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Liaising with GP’s and other health professionals
- Database management, scanning, debtor control
- Always providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.

**Part-time hours will be rostered Monday - Saturday, with an immediate start available.**

**Requirements**:

- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Must have MBBS/FRACGP or equivalent
- Must be an Australian Resident
- Drs with HPOS can start immediately
