The key responsibilities of the APS 5 Business Support Officer include:

- Providing high-quality administrative and business support to the TGA Contact Centre team and TGA Business Services team
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing and escalating service requests relating to IT systems used in TCC and TBS
- Manage and maintain databases of standard words, key contacts, and other vital information
- Preparing weekly, monthly and annual statistical reports, including data extract and management
- Assisting in the development and implementation of business processes improvement projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture
- Contribute to team goals and broader organisational objectives by undertaking other tasks as required.
