We are currently seeking passionate **Food Service Assistants** to fill a variety of shifts on a **Casual basis** at our Bethanie Waters Aged Care Facility.

Bethanie Waters 160 bed modern aged care facility offering a secure area for local residents with dementia or similar and associated conditions.

**About the Role**:

- Ensuring delivery, set up, service, washing and clean down are completed
- Ensuring care recipients meal and hydration needs are met
- Assisting in preparation and portioning of care recipients meals
- Ensuring facility areas are clean and safe

**About You**:

- Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as a Food Services Assistant ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
- Have a “can do” attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate both orally and written
- Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of The Bethanie Group
- A current police clearance or willingness to get one
