**Home Care Support Worker Needed for Bribie Island QLD**

**Casual /part time positions - immediate start**

As a Sunny Care home care worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, providing the following services:

- Personal Care
- Medication Assistance
- Companionship and social activities
- Domestic tasks
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transportation

**About You**:

- Experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients
- Good communication and team work skills
- Smart mobile phone with internet access
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian Federal Police check
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
- Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights

**Salary**: $24.76 - $31.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Support (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
