**Salary Range: $74,000 - $80,000**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, install, and maintain various landscaping projects
- Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve desired results
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience and qualification (Certificate 3) in landscaping or horticulture
- Knowledge of plant species and their care requirements
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
