Instructional Coach

**Role Description/Criteria**

This position is for a Full time Instructional Coach. The position is an integral part of the leadership team responsible for driving the implementation of the Vision for Instruction. The successful applicant will secure an ongoing teaching position at St.Therese's school Essendon.

Special Requirements

We require an educator:
Who is an aspiring leader or has leadership experience

With a strong commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education

Who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive outlook

With a strong knowledge of the Vision for Instruction

Who has the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and innovative professional learning team

Who is a competent user of G Suite for Education (Google Apps) and other ICT resources

Who holds a current VIT Registration.

Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School (CECV Policy 1.7) would be seen as advantageous.
