We are a privately run Early Learning Centre located in Ridgewood, where nature and the natural environment is our classroom for children with weekly nature walks in the nature parks that surround us. We have a strong sense of community and connecting our children to the world around them promoting their sense of Belonging.

Our educator's design, implement and evaluate programs that are innovative and contemporary, based on current research. We are a professional team of teachers and educators and are seeking an Educational leader that shares our Pedagogy and Core Values.

Tribe Early Learning Ridgewood currently has the following exciting opportunities available:
**Educational Leader/Lead Educator **to join our team that strives to achieve a solution based approach to our practices, resulting in a positive culture where we can critically reflect, problem solve, and collaborate on solutions that promote best outcomes for children, families, and educators.**
- **Previous experience as a Room Leader/Educational Leader**
- **Diploma Qualified or ECT preferred**
- **Passion for programming**
- **Solid Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards**
- **Leadership qualities essential Empathy, Passion, Self-aware, collaborative and Gratitude**
- **Strong focus on being hands-on with the team regarding Educational programs, compliance, and best practice Your excellent planning and organisation skills guarantee your manager and team are always organised and tasks, reports are always scheduled and delivered upon**
- **Practical coaching and inspiring approach to Educator team**
- **You will have excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.**

**Qualified Educator **to join our current experienced team of educators in both leading and assisting rooms with planning and documentation while growing our children in their individual learning journeys.**
- **Previous experience as a Room Leader or Assistant**
- **Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood required**
- **Solid Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards**
- **You will have excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.**

**What else you will need to bring**
- **A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain**
- **Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain**
