We are working in partnership with Nespresso to provide an engaging team of Brand Ambassadors to share the Nespresso story and coffee experience to customers in key retail stores.

We are on the lookout for a motivated and hardworking **Field Manager** to join our Team

Based in our stunning Sydney office, with 1 day in-field weekly, you will be responsible for team engagement, coaching and leadership as well as oversee day to day program operations management.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Facilitate **teamwork and collaboration**:

- Build presentations and facilitate effective meetings to key internal and external stakeholders
- Implementation of recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
- Develop optimal coverage model in conjunction with the National Program Manager to ensure activity is implemented in the correct stores

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a **people/team management** role in either Retail or Field Marketing
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment
- Strong time and priority management skills
- **Tech savvy** and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to **communicate, present** and **influence**
