Cross Border Contracts offers Turn-Key solutions to our clients in the mining, solar, wind, rail, oil and gas industries. We work in metro and remote areas and provide services in utilities, civil construction, plant & labour hire.

Due to current business growth, we are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Brisbane.

This role is a full-time position, responsible for 360 recruitment of Blue Collar civil and construction contractors within QLD.

This role would suit an energetic, enthusiastic recruiter who is excited about the challenge of contributing to a growing team.

**Key Duties and responsibilities**:
Generating leads for business development

Agreeing charge rates with potential clients

Liaising with clients to determine staff needs.

Placing adverts

Reviewing of CV's / interviewing applicants

**What you need?**

Previous exposure to Blue Collar recruitment - minimum 3 years

Relevant formal qualifications, or adequate work experience.

Good IT skills

Valid driving license

Competitive Salary - $90 000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience + 10.5% superannuation per annum.
