**Company Description** Ability Action Australia**are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. #AAA have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We are expanding our team **in Penrith and surrounding areas** and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated **Key Worker** to join us in making a positive impact in our community. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting families and children by helping reach their full potential.

In this role you will:

- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**
- University qualifications in one of the following fields: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Early Childhood Education.
- Extensive key worker experience **working with children aged 0-7 years and families.**:

- Strong knowledge and advocation for the key worker model.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload.
- A desire and passion to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECI services.
