**Come and join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD, where we are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Practice Leader to join our Operations Team in QLD**

- **Approx. 65-70 hours a fortnight**

**About the role**

The Practice Leader supervises a team of Disability Support Workers that deliver the people we support quality of life outcomes. The position facilitates high quality support through observation, modelling, coaching, fostering teamwork between Disability Support Workers.

The role will lead the direct provision of services with a specific focus on building team capability to achieve the objectives of the organisation in a manner consistent and supportive of the organisation’s strategic objections, values and purpose.
