Description and Requirements Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you This position offers 22.5 hours per week and runs 7:00 - 9:00 AM for our "Rise then Shine" and 2:30 - 5:00 PM "Stay and Play" services Monday to Friday. About the role As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being You will support a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Implement and participate in the day-to-day programs of your service About the School The service is located at Rockingham Lakes primary school and holds services in a dedicated room plus also an attached under cover area, there is access to all playgrounds and toilets within the school grounds. The service is run by an experienced coordinator who has been with the company for over 10 years and has a very strong connection with the school community.
