**The Centre**

This beautiful Centre has huge amounts of space and fantastic resources. There is a large focus on sustainability and natural resources and this is reflected throughout the Centre. Located near to a beach, you will go on regular excursions to make full use of the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, it offers plenty of additional space for workshops and extra curricular activities which are offered to all age groups.. With parking on site and a bus outside, the Centre is easily accessed both by car and public transport.

**The Opportunity**

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Diploma or Cert 3 Educator to develop their knowledge and experience in the toddler room. You will go on regular bush walks and beach walks making full use of the beautiful surroundings. The management team are very accommodating for their staff and offer flexible shift patterns, as well as the option to work a 4 day week if preferred. An above award wage is on offer as well as great opportunities for professional and career development. In addition, a yearly bonus is on offer for each staff member.

**The Ideal Educator**
- Hold a Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working with children clearance
