**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and dynamic Functions Manager to join our team at the Breakfast Creek Hotel and assist in creating memorable moments. Breakfast Creek Hotel is one of Australia's most iconic hotels. It is more than just a venue - it is a major destination in Brisbane, popular with local, interstate and international visitors, making The Creek one of the best loved in the city. Featuring 8 unique function spaces throughout the venue - it is little wonder that this institution is recognised as "Brisbane's best loved pub".

This is a varied role that will see you maintain exceptional standards and drive exposure of our functions offering in the ALH Venue portfolio. You will have a passion for the guest journey, will be natural and personable, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. This is an ideal role for a superstar who has their finger on ‘the pulse’ of industry trends

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Display a genuine passion and flare for the industry, Love what you do and be a team player with a hands on attitude
- Ability to work autonomously within the business framework
- Prior experience in functions sales leadership with an ability to develop people Proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
