**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Catering Managers to join our WA Operations to assist in providing first class service to our Camps based throughout our WA network. These roles are FIFO and working an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.

**Position Requirements**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or hospitality discipline and/or extensive and demonstrated successful management experience is desirable.
- At least 5 years’ experience in middle management in the service, hospitality or a similar industry.
- Experience of understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.
- Experience of ISO, HACCP and other quality standards.
- Developed negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge encompassing operations OH&S.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel.
- Working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq, software desirable.

**Mobilisation requirements**

Please note that this is a fly-in-fly-out of Perth position based in Western Australia.
