We are a family run Meat Wholesalers specialising in supplying premium quality meats to the restaurant and food service sector since 1952.
**About the role**
We are currently seeking an experienced butcher | sausage maker to join our team. Butcher is a full time position (5 days per week). Work days are Monday through to Friday. No weekends (ever). And hours will be 5am until 2pm. Forget those retail butcher shop hours and weekend work, and reclaim your WEEKENDS.
**Skills and experience**
This role is suitable for people who are pro-active, show initiative and up to a challenge with multiple tasks and deliverables.
- Previous experience is requried
- You will be organised, confident, self-motivated, reliable, work in a team environment.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in this dynamic, fast paced working environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
