HKD Pty Ltd. is a professional security equipment sales company and an authorized agent for HIKVISION in Australia, with the rights to sell the HIKVISION/HILOOK brand. The company has two offices in Melbourne, and one office in Sydney, both with well-established sales and technical teams.

The company is committed to providing customers with pre-programming and after-sales service and technical training. At the same time, the company has worked with a number of security system integrators on a number of construction projects in Australia.

The company will continue to improve the service and technical capabilities of this team to better serve our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Installation and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercoms.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security systems.
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the appropriate security installation solutions for clients.
- Providing technical support and advice to clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations and standards.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in security system installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercoms.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and cabling license.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
