**What You’ll Do**:
**Lead and Inspire**:As the Coordintaor, you'll be at the forefront of our pack. You'll inspire and lead our team to ensure every dog receives the best care and attention. Your positive attitude and leadership skills will set the tone for our friendly, welcoming environment.

**Exceptional Customer Service**: Our clients aren't just pet owners; they're family. You'll use your outstanding customer service skills to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring every client and their furry companions feel at home.

**Team Management**:Manage and motivate our dedicated team of dog groomers and daycare attendants. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure our staff delivers top-notch services.

**Operational Excellence**: Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You'll assist with scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our furry guests.

**Saturday Availability**: This role requires working on Saturdays, but we provide a day off during the week to ensure a work-life balance.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A love for dogs At Dog & Groom we understand the significant role dogs have in our lives and we are dedicated to making each dog feel welcomed, loved and cared for - as if they were our own.
- Previous experience in a busy, service-based environment (Dog Grooming, or Hair/Beauty Salon)
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- A high level of autonomy, initiative and drive.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media is desirable, or a willingness to upskill in this area.
- Previous experience in a pet related industry is a plus, but not required.
