**About Our Client And The Role**

Our client is searching for a Claims Analyst to join their Shared Service team.

They are an iconic Australian household brand and the leader in their industry.

Reporting to the Senior Credit and Billings analyst, the successful applicant will work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with supportive leaders and great company culture.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and validation of claims
- Processing transactions and accruals
- Ad hoc duties to assist other sections of the shared service team
- Dispute resolution as well as monitoring and escalating claims
- Claims/deductions experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working within the FMCG industry
- Previously used SAP
- Comfortable with Excel, and comfortable in high volume situations
- Ability to communicate with any internal stakeholders
- Adaptable and eager to grow and learn
