**COMPANY**:
Delivering accredited courses designed to help adults complete their secondary education and educational short courses.
**ROLE**:
The Enrolment Processing and Contact Centre Officer is a member of the Student Administration Team. The Customer Service Enrolment Officer will be responsible for entering and processing student enrolments, whilst also taking payments for courses over the phone and answering any queries they may have.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Undertake the enrolment of all student categories into the Student Management System within required timeframes.
- Taking high volume of calls from prospect students, making cash payments and answering any queries they have.
- Build a profile for the different categories of enrolments to aid accurate processing.
- Maintain accurate student files and case records, data entry, and ensure timely identification and logging of issues in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
- Process student enrolments including accredited and short courses enrolments.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Demonstrated customer service or call centre experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Student Management Systems is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to pick up systems fast and hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in Higher Education is desirable with an understanding of the industry.
- The ability to handle a high volume of enrolments and phone calls.
- Motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Must be double vaccinated.
