Located at the courtyard of Liverpool Hospital, Tsubu is a haven for those wanting a relaxed environment where you can feast on delicious Japanese cuisine and sushi - all made with the highest quality of ingredients available.

**The Role**

We are currently looking for a **Store Manager** to join our Tsubu Liverpool location. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of front of store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

This role is perfect for an individual seeking to work at a sushi store, working Monday to Friday (day).

**Key duties include**:

- All aspects of managing the store operations on a daily basis
- Recruiting and managing a full team
- Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s.
- Maintaining positive supplier relationships
- Promoting and marketing the location to increase sales.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience

**Skills & Experience**

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Experience in a similar role, preferable
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Strong administrative skills and POS system experience.
- Passion for delivering great food and service

- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
