Working from our Edinburgh facility and reporting to the SA General manager, the FactoryManager works hands-on, leading our factory team in a busy production line environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of daily production schedules. You will be an enthusiastic, dynamic all-rounder and have exceptional man management/leadership and time management skills.

Duties of the role include but not be limited to:

- Planning and organising daily workflow.
- Leading a team of production staff.
- Forklift operation.
- Operating fabrication machinery and tools.
- Manage various activities simultaneously.
- Ensuring smooth process through the factory.
- Delivery of production on strict timelines.
- Be hands-on during manufacture.
- Quality control.
- Progress reporting.
- Ensuring necessary stock levels are available for each production day.
- Managing the team and ensuring good working relationships.**About You**
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency with technology.
- To be a good motivator and leader.
- A willingness to learn and be proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A current driver’s licence.
