**Job Description**:
We are searching for a safety driven, and collaborative Driver Trainer to manage up to 130 drivers at our new shared Woolworths Distribution Centre in Erskine Park, as well as support the broader Sydney basin operation. In this role, the incumbent will train and assess across a variety of different vehicles, and grocery deliveries as well as conducting risk assessments on site.

As the Driver Trainer, you will:

- Conduct a range of training programs including group and 1 on 1 training sessions.
- Ensure drivers are inducted and trained in Toll Group and Woolworths safety processes, including the safe operation of equipment.
- Assess driver competencies as part of pre-employment checks and re-assess current drivers to comply with business requirements and standards.
- Participate in the investigation of any driver incident as requested, implement and follow up any corrective actions as required

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar role within the Transport/Logistics Industry.
- Open MC License (unrestricted) and Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110).
- Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety policies and legislation
