**The Resort**

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast comprises of approximately 300 guest rooms, multiple award winning restaurants and bars, and various meeting and events spaces, all in an absolute beachfront environment.

**The Role**

We have multiple casual/seasonal positions across our busy F&B outlets including In Room Dining, Minibar, Banquets and Pearls Bar.

You will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for our diners. You will be required to work and connect with guests, as well as show-casing your prompt and impeccable service.

To be successful for this role you will:

- An energetic and passionate approach to providing efficient and friendly service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Previous F&B experience is advantageous, but not essential. Your positive, vibrant personality, willingness to learn and ability to show initiative is what we want to see
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
