**The Role**

**Position Accountabilities**
- Respond to and engage customer inquiries quickly, directly, and concisely to boost satisfaction ratings
- Communicate clearly with customers and with easy-to-follow instructions Manage multiple chats at one time which can include researching account activity and notes, troubleshooting issues, providing supporting help documentation and other tasks as required

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role favourable
- Comfortable using various online programmes and platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with a typing speed of 55 words per minute as a minimum
- Ability to guide a conversation to a desired outcome in a concise timeframe
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to comprehend written communication and extract further information to fully understand a customers situation & needs
