Admin allrounder for Vocational Education College
- **Community College - Established 38 years.**:

- **Bankstown location (5 days pw) / Easy Transport**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on the position of an Admin allrounder.

You will be responsible for the following:
**Key tasks**:

- Manage student files in aXcelerate student management system
- Follow up on student payments and warning letters
- Reviewing and maintaining course and policy documentation.
- Maintaining student files, assessment materials, training resources and qualifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the VET sector and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in exploring new opportunities.
- Assist with student and trainer support.
- Assist with marketing and student recruitment
- Be a first point of contact F2F and phone calls.
- General duties as required within the business.
- Training will be provided across various systems
- Only short listed applicants will be contacted. No agencies please.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- RTO administration: 2 years (required)
- CRICOS: 1 year (required)
- aXcelerate: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
