Architectural Associate

As an Associate at Texco Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the residential landscapes of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients and management to determine the style, scope, and dimensions of new residential projects or alterations to existing homes, townhouses, and apartments.
- Provide comprehensive and creative design solutions, including material recommendations and accurate project timelines and cost estimates to clients.
- Create detailed project documentation, including initial sketches, scale drawings, and the integration of structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements into cohesive designs.
- Write detailed project specifications and contract documents for builders, and oversee the tender process to ensure competitive and fair selection.
- Work closely with registered architects, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated and feasible.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least a bachelor degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
