**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a
**Property Manager **with a growth-mindset and “outside of the box” approach to problem-solving to join our
**Property Development **team
**.** This is a
**Full Time Fixed Term (12 months)** position based at our
**Clayfield Head Office**.

As the Property Manager, you will assist in the development, implementation and ongoing review of growth strategies, policies and procedures relating to new clinic site selection, project management of new clinic fit-outs, lease and property management/administration for existing clinics and head office locations along with procurement, to grow the business footprint in a sustainable and profitable means.

**You will**:

- Proactively manage the Groups’ portfolio of clinics and head office locations, gaining a full understanding of the portfolio and effectively use property tools to manage all option and expiry dates effectively and efficiently, lease variations and statutory approvals
- Build and maintain working relationships with Landlords
- Assist with construction and procurement administration, as well as the preparation of monthly reports regarding real estate, construction, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s governance and compliance requirements, ensuring that due diligence is taken in the identification, escalation, and appropriate management of actual or potential risk items
- Undertake continuous professional education and enable team members to do the same

**About You**

Alongside your previous experience in property development, you have excellent organisational and planning skills and desire to grow and mentor a professional team.

**You will also have**:

- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- High-level problem-solving skills
- A strong interest in financial analysis, feasibilities, and commercial negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite
