**In this Team Member role, you will**:

- Provide a high level of administrative support to the team and respond to client queries in an efficient and effective manner
- Establish and maintain client accounts including communicating with clients
- Proactively manage risk and compliance though performing and adhering to policies, processes and procedures, and escalating any events where needed
- Working closely with your advisory team in preparing portfolio reviews, pitch documents and marketing material
- Liaise with Operations as required to facilitate workflow
- Progress your career towards ultimately becoming a JBWere Wealth Adviser

**What you'll bring**
- General understanding and a keen interest in financial markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with utmost attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Tertiary qualification within a business or finance discipline
- Willingness to complete further study to satisfy ASIC Adviser Education requirements
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred
