**Your Role**:

- Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Exceed company budgets, KPIs, and store performance goals
- Ensure the store’s presentation is always top-notch
- Lead visual merchandising efforts with a commercial mindset
- Provide regular training and mentoring to your team

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years of fashion retail management experience
- Experience leading a team of 3 or more
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
