Only About Children Geebung is a warm and inviting childcare centre situated at 126 Ellison Rd close to several local parks and local schools with plenty of onsite parking available and close to Public transport.

We believe children have a right to a choice when it comes to their learning, which is why at Only About Children (OAC) the basis of our curriculum is child-led play-based learning. This is embedded into our daily practice with programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music and Sustainability. Our programs are not 'bolted on', they are embedded into everything that we do.

**The Role**

Only About Children are looking to welcome full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience who will get the opportunity to work with friendly, supportive and fun teams.

Key duties:

- Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
- Assisting with daily room tasks - e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
- Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
- Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.

**Requirements of the Role**
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Minimum two years full-time work experience
- Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
