**About the role**:
As Care Manager, you will play a critical and foundational role in ensuring the Aged Care Service’s residents receive quality care and feel secure in their environment through the incorporation of a person-centred model promoting wellness and engagement. This position is also pivotal in maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and the Accreditation Standards and optimise AN-ACC funding. You will enjoy providing professional leadership and management to clinical, lifestyle and Allied Health team members.
