**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Planning and Leadership: Lead the development of the company’s strategic vision, set long-term goals, and ensure that all business activities are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement activities, including negotiating procurement prices with Chinese suppliers. You will be responsible for reducing procurement costs while maintaining high product quality, ensuring the steady supply of goods.
- Supplier Communication: Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate effectively with suppliers and other stakeholders in production and sales, ensuring clear and efficient interactions with our manufacturing base in China.
- Sales Strategy and Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. Expand market presence and foster strong client relationships across Australia.
- Product Development and Market Exploration: Lead the exploration of new market opportunities and the development of innovative product lines to keep the company competitive in the HVAC industry.
- Workplace Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Australian workplace health and safety regulations, and supervise the implementation of safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Factory Management and Product Production: Leverage over 30 years of experience in factory management and product production to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
- Audits and Compliance: Assist relevant institutions in conducting annual audits and inspections, particularly related to copper pipes and flexible insulation ducts, ensuring the company adheres to industry standards and regulations.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the management team and employees, providing leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 30 years of management experience, including leading a company with a turnover exceeding AUD 3 million and more than 10 employees.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in forward option trading, with a focus on risk management and financial strategy.
- Proven experience in factory management, product production, and procurement, preferably in the HVAC industry or related sectors.
- Expertise in negotiating procurement prices with international suppliers, with a focus on cost reduction and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders in China.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Knowledge of Australian workplace health and safety regulations and experience in compliance management.
- Experience in assisting with audits and inspections related to product standards, particularly in copper pipes and insulation products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 48 months
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
