This position is to be based in Uluwatu Bali.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up a wedding planning department for one of Bali’s top wedding venues.
- Organize, facilitate and manage all company event’s details for respective clients such as

scheduling, client communication, decor, venue and vendor management, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee lists, special guests/requests, layout, design, and execution on the day.
- Work closely with team members to assist on needs for multiple projects as they come up.
- General administrative tasks when needed.
- Prompt, timely and organized with event details.
- Ability to think outside of the box for solutions on the spot or in the planning phases.
- Help plan and execute rolling calendar
- Help Manage client relationships by understanding their goals, needs, and expectations.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables, requests, and timely answers to client questions.
- Deliver comprehensive event plans, details, timelines, lists, and all else required during event

pre-production.
- Play a critical role for event day production, including coordination and execution of planning.
- Preparation of event proposals, designs, layouts and other documents.
- Work collaboratively with CEO on all things from administrative duties to new ideas.

Required Skills + Experience:

- 5+ years’ experience Event Planning, the more experience the better.
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English
- Full/Flexible Availability. This may include evening calls, and weekends/holiday event days.

Self-Starter/Self-motivated & hard working.
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills and superb attention to detail & checklists.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, meet deadlines and perform competently

under pressure with little supervision.
- Friendly, outgoing, social personality. Works well independently as well as part of a team.
- Articulate, polished, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Creative thinker who is ready to work in a fast paced and high satisfaction industry.
- Working knowledge in online collaboration tools, basic software, and event platforms
- Flexible with the sometimes odd hours, and ready to adapt to fast-moving, agile team
- Energy and enthusiasm for the industry, the brand, and the job.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $83,357.24 per year
