**Full-Time Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team of pool care professionals. As a growing pool maintenance business based in Western Sydney, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating a supportive environment for our staff.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee and perform routine maintenance of swimming pools and spas. While on-the-job training will be provided, previous experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or similar trades will be highly regarded.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and one-time pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and high-pressure washing.
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets, clean filters, and scoop debris from pools.
- Test water quality, add necessary chemicals, and ensure proper salinity levels.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install pool equipment, pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
- Conduct minor repairs on pool equipment and assist with the installation of new systems.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide clients with maintenance recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Strictly adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to the depot in Blacktown, NSW (work van provided for daily jobs).
- ABN required for payment.
- Availability to work some Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Flexible working hours starting between 6-8 AM and finishing between 3-5 PM (hours may vary) from Monday to Friday.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 50 per week
