About Chin Chin Melbourne:
Located in the heart of vibrant and historic Flinders Lane, Chin Chin is based on the intense flavours of South-East Asia. Opening mid-2011, with queues from day one, Chin Chin has since become an iconic part of the Melbourne dining scene.

About the Opportunity:
Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygenic workplace. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including opening and closing days, nights, weekends
