**The Role**:
Maxima, and Beyond Bank Australia, are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship as a Trainee Relationship Consultant.

Located at the Tuggeranong branch, the Trainee Relationship Consultant is responsible for advocating Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns to the Customer Ownership Strategy whilst achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards the overall branch performance.

Across 12 months you will work full time, gain paid, practical experience and study a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business**. You will also receive continuous mentoring from a dedicated Maxima Consultant.

Some travel between branches may be required on an ad hoc basis.
**Duties Include**:

- Provide positive banking experience to new and existing customers
- Connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills
- Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers
- Contribute to a high achieving team environment with commitment and strong work ethic
- Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
- Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer

- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Thrive working under pressure and when multitasking
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

**Role Requirements**:

- National Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain)
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
