Medical Receptionist

**About Us**:
Healthcare Doctors Indooroopilly is a well-established, GP-owned medical centre committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, family-friendly environment. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable **Medical Receptionist** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and manage front-desk operations
- Answer phone calls and handle appointment bookings using Best Practice software
- Process Medicare/DVA/EFTPOS payments and billings
- Support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality and excellent customer service
- Liaise with patients, allied health, and external providers professionally

**About You**:

- Previous medical reception or general administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Best Practice or other medical software is a bonus
- Flexible availability, including occasional Saturdays
