**A Day in the Life
**Using your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills you will work closely with a highly engaged team of Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers to passionately launch, promote and sell our products in the public sector to nurse educators and endocrinologists and to certified product trainers in the private sector both virtually and face to face. Successfully delivering against sales targets and strategy will require you to be commercially astute, resilient and self-driven. 'Hands on' patient contact and the ability to work on campaigns with fast paced technology make this role fulfilling as you get the opportunity to see how our devices change people lives.

**Responsibilities will Include**:

- Technical support in clinic for HCP and patients
- Education and training of HCPs and patients
- Technical troubleshooting of medical devices and patient support
- Managing and driving existing customer base to upgrade technology
- To achieve sales revenue targets through growing insulin pump therapy for a specified territory by promoting Diabetes products and therapy options to clinicians, specialists, diabetes educators and health service stakeholders
- Ownership of Private Pathways - developing the private market for pump therapy within a designated territory
- Develop and implement strategic Business Plans encapsulating key sales strategies and objectives Use selling skills, product knowledge and clinical knowledge to convince health care professionals (HCP) to prescribe Pump therapy and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
- Demonstrate the ability to influence and create relationships to develop referral pathways to further grow and develop the business
- Practice good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control.
- To practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organisation, administration, inventory management, coordination of clinical support and expense planning and control. Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Medical or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical devices, science or pharmaceutical Industry Effective communicator who is highly organised with strong presentation skills
