At **Coates Corp**, we’re not your average social media agency. We’re a small but mighty crew of creatives who thrive on storytelling, killer strategy and scrolling TikTok in the name of _research_ (yes, seriously). Over the next 12 months, we’re levelling up in a big way, with exciting new launches and bold campaigns across the hospitality, blue and white collar, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and travel industries PLUS lots more

**Your mission - should you choose to accept it**:
As our new **Junior Content Creator**, you’ll bring bold ideas and fresh energy to the table. You’ll work alongside a super fun team of marketers, strategists and creatives to create scroll-stopping content that brings brands to life.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Creating and editing Reels/TikToks using CapCut, InShot, or whatever’s hot
- Designing on-brand graphics and stories in Canva
- Capturing BTS footage at client shoots and on location
- Helping plan and schedule content calendars
- Jumping on trends and turning them into magic for our clients
- Bringing a positive vibe to brainstorm sessions, shoots and everyday team life

**You’ll need to bring**:

- A passion for content and a finger on the pulse of social trends
- Proven examples of your work (via TikTok, IG or portfolio)
- Experience with apps such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.
- A good eye for aesthetics, pacing and everything else that makes content pop
- Bonus points if you can shoot on iPhone like a pro or know your way around editing software
