We're seeking a casual/part-time Optical Assistant to join our friendly team.

**Availability**:
Saturdays 9-1pm and approximately 2 weekdays per week, with flexibility for within school hours and occasional cover for sick and annual leave.

**The Role**:
Benefit from comprehensive in-house and external training as an optical assistant/dispenser. Guide patients from entry, assisting with frame selection, lens fitting, and repairs for optimal visual outcomes and experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in day-to-day practice operations, including patient assistance, sales, and administration.
- Recommend frame options based on prescriptions, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Maintain impeccable practice presentation and merchandise.

**About You**:
Motivated with a strong customer focus, the successful person will have a passion to truly make a difference.
- Cert IV in Optical Dispensing preferred but not essential.
- Experience in optical retail/clinical environments ideal.
- Friendly, well-presented, with excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented, with attention to detail, reliability, and trustworthiness.
