**Maintenance Manager**

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee workshop operations to the highest standards, and ensuring safety and quality are upheld.

**Capability and Skills Required**:
We are looking for someone with experience and qualifications in an Electrical or Mechanical trade with proven leadership experience, managing medium to large sized teams. This role will require you to manage stock levels, maintenance of capital equipment, quality control and safety.

We are looking for that unique blend of a commercial and people leader who understands the financials and creating a good team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management: Lead and manage workshop staff, including rostering and performance management
- Facilities and Equipment: Oversee workshop facilities and equipment, including calibrations, upgrades, and general upkeep
- Contractor Management: Manage relationships with maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Procurement: Procure specialised maintenance requirements and manage stock levels effectively
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for maintenance expenses.
