**Roadhouse Duty Manager-Remote South Australia**

We have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced
**Roadhouse Duty Manager** for this very busy tourist complex located in remote South Australia.

Catering to overnight visitors and passing travellers the venue is open 7 days per week and features onsite motel accommodation, caravan park, bar, retail outlet, restaurant, gaming facilities and fuel outlets.

This is a live-in role and as such relocation is essential.

**Commence: ASAP**

**Package**:
$35.00 per hour (flat loaded rate)

Six day week

Accommodation and meals $150 per week

**Duties**:

- Assist the site managers with the day to day management of the roadhouse in a hands on capacity including bar, accommodation, fuel, housekeeping, restaurant and grounds
- Stock control, stock merchandising, stock takes, stock pricing, stocking shelves
- Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
- General administration, processing of invoices to accounts office
- Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
- Supervision & training of staff
- Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
- Manage the roadhouse on managers days off and during periods of annual leave
- Other duties as required
- Must have previous remote area experience
- Previous experience with roadhouses or similar
- Must have or be able to obtain a South Australian Liquor Badge & SA RSA
- Have or obtain prior to commencement a National Police Check
- Be willing to make a minimum 6 + month commitment.
