- Permanent full-time position with the occasional Saturday
- Base salary + vehicle + eligible for incentives plan

Leading a team at our Nerang branch, you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success and make a difference
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Nerang Transport and Yard Team.
- Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of our Nerang Branch
- Load and unload activities
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Sales and operational management experience
- Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team’, cohesive mindset
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
