**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista who is keen to grow with us in bringing the Maverick brand to life and drive its success.

Proven experience as a barista in a high volume setting will be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for the preparation of a range of hot and cold drinks, manage stock and ensure consistency and quality. This role combines barista skills with some leadership and management responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee beverages, and other drinks like teas and lattes.
- Maintain high standards for coffee quality ensuring consistency across all beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Training junior crew members
- Create infectious hospitality amongst our team and customers with your strong interpersonal skills
